Dr. Capella teaches PAD 680 Research Methods for Public Administration and PAD 640 Human Resource Management for Public and Nonprofit Organizations

-SUNY Buffalo State faculty member since 1985 (educational foundations, higher education administration, public administration) and former department chair and dean (school of professions).
-Co-Founder and co-director, Project Flight, which has generated over $35 million in money and in-kind donations. Non-profit organization devoted to promoting literacy in children and caregivers through school and family literacy initiatives.
